@dansup I've not used TikTok or YT Shorts, so I don't quite understand what is meant by an algorithm tailored to personality of the consumer.
How does the algorithm exhibit this behavior?

@dansup Dan: as I suggest for Mastodon and others, I think there is a window to learn from Blusky and evolve further….
Consider making the algo you describe, but then make it infinitely tweakable by users, and then saved as a new default…and then make it so users can share thier “version”and other users can browse user created algos, and in one click can choose to use it for themselves

@randulo Not quite but almost.
Bluesky doesn't let users tweak and adjust the settings on any algo they choose. Nor is it easy for non-technical users to create a new algo and share it. At lest not yet.
