   Affirmative Action is a way to try to right generational wrongs that have caused damage to entire portions of our population, damages that continue to reverberate today.

   Given that the US continues to underfund public primary education in poor and underprivileged communities where generally minorities live in higher proportion, yes, this is breaking history and the future for many in this country.

     Yes, and after you do, I suggest reading the report, or, at a minimum, the Appendix to it, that the second "Sedition Trial" Special Prosecutor, O. John Rogge, produced following the case being dropped. There are patterns described and solutions proposed there that are relevant today.

     I only use #DDG for search, but only found physical copies without remote lending possibilities.

     I can really see why #OJohnRogge's book,
     
     The Official German Report Nazi Penetration 1924-1942 Pan- Arabism 1939-Today,

     is beingstonewalled. It rightly portrays a very bad impression about many branches of the #US Government and its agencies:
