@Godcast For bench? Yeah I'm only 40lbs away and a lot of my old muscle should re-activate over the next couple weeks. Plus this time around I'm on a much better diet so I'm thinking definitely 2pl8 by Summer.

BASELINE STATS:
>6' 180lbs
>140lbs bench
>90lbs squat (I was never very good with squatting to begin with so this def needs more work)
>180lbs deadlift
>Didn't OHP so not sure what that's at
>Gotta figure out my max reps for pull/chin ups too
So not a terrible starting point

Okay nevermind I figured out the issue. Here's my baseline from today having not gone to a real gym since everything closed down back in 2020.
