   Roku is disabling devices of users who refuse to accept a new terms of service which limits how they can sue the company.

   Users can write a piece of snail mail if they want to opt out of the arbitration agreement and still use their devices.

   It’s nuts!

     Sounds like they are going to seriously start data mining their users, capriciously raise fees without notice, and drop content, and don’t want a class action lawsuit.
