   Watched The Holdovers last night. Excellent film. Well worth your time.

   Probably going to get overlooked in the Oppenheimer explosion at the Oscars tonight. Damn shame they don’t aspire to make more films like this anymore.

     @CartyBoston I concur. I thought Blunt would take it (a brilliant performance by her) but after last night I think Randolph is a legitimate shot to take the Oscar. Marvelous performance.

     I think Da'Vine Joy Randolph has a good chance for supporting actress even though I am huge Emily Blunt fan.

     @CartyBoston Yup. What got me though was watching her in that small “trial” room. The reactions on her facce were a clinic in acting.
