     A good burger is actually pretty healthy. Meat, raw veggies on a bun.
     
     It's the French Fries that get you. Im a French Fry snob, so Ive cut way back on eating fries. They have to be really good, before Ill indulge. #FoodAndBeverage #Cooking

     Forever I imagine. Just scrape the top mold off and throw a potato in there on your first fry, discard it.
