@wishgranter14 most of the witch burning first off, iirc happened in germany. There are some really interesting papers on it, ones where people weren't just trying to go "wow, non 20th century people were CrAzY!"

AND, they were doing that Centuries after Christians stopped burning women at the stake for witchcraft.
They love to play these anachronism games. Never mind who became "more civilized" first.
Also, the current "civil rights" agenda is a regression from "civilized" - the opposite of what it claims to be.
