   I swore I made a "good morning" post, with CW, and an AltTexted image of a nervous system.

   I don't see it.

   I could have finger slipped and not actually posted, but after the sudden censorship at my last instance, I'm leery/paranoid.

     Happens to me, too, when I edit a post to amend a pic and then the AltText.
     I spent about 10 min. yesterday and then, nothing.🤬

     I think, I missed the "Save" area in #Tusky, though. 😞

     They ought to have a "really don't want tobsave" or something.

     I always try to remember to "select all" and then "copy" to at least not lose the alttext. So far, I lose it every time, though.

     If you are missing the whole post, sort of a dumb question, did you look im the Drafts folder?

     @BlippyTheWonderSlug @HistoPol the only things disappearing here are things that are against the 7 rules. Last deleted account was someone comparing the israel/palestine situation to being worse than what hitler did to the jews and writing underneath jews rememberance posts that they had it easier. I don't mind yall being very critical and have controverse takes but that kind of stuff gets you removed, especially when repeating these offenses, also illegal to *lessen* Hitlers cruelty in Germany.

     😜 I did. I really suspect "mispost" at this point.

     I reposted it, and verified that it's there and interactable. (not intractable 😜)

     If it disappears now, then it's a different story.

     Like I said, I'm pretty sure it was a finger slip, and I'm a bit paranoid from the previous instance... which is why I started adding the CW.

     Also, my "good morning" posts are mostly verbatim the same every day. The only things that really change are what kind of morning it is, and today's agenda.

     😜 If this is going to be problematic, let me know now.

     @BlippyTheWonderSlug nah it's fine, we have a thick skin here and value freedom of speech to the point of defending a mass reported unpopular but still valid opinion, that is until you attack someones rights, dignity or well being :tom_scott: (depending on severity it's a 3 strikes and you're out). We don't believe the fediverse has to be a flower meadow in terms of topics, but still a safe space for everyone.
