Rose (rose@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Wednesday, 28-Feb-2024 03:08:12 JST Rose That’s simply exercise and cleaner eater. If she had been doing no carb in her twenties and on….that’s a whole different story. And your wife is almost out of child bearing age so her nutritional needs are different. I don’t wanna be a bitch and argue about this. But I will always caution young women about drastic diets and their long term effects. -

Rose (rose@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Wednesday, 28-Feb-2024 03:08:14 JST Rose WRONG!!! Women should absolutely never do the “no carb” diet. As soon as you do, your body thinks there’s a famine and shuts down all reproduction. It’s not safe especially for child bearing age women. The reproductive cycles are necessary for optimal health both short term and long term. Don’t give yourself osteoporosis for the sake of a fad diet. Eat a balanced diet like your ancestors have for thousands of years. -
