Oh, FFS, now it's "SNP collaborated with Tories against Labour." These arseholes in what passes as UK media are absolutely shameless. The fact that Labour is split on this issue is not something that needs to be brushed over or blamed on the SNP. Labour is split for a good reason. Starmer is an arse. #WestminsterLiesAndCorruption harm Scotland #UKMediaInScotland works against Scotland . #ScottishIndependence is the only sensible solution.

Even last night on The Last Leg night there was no critical thinking and they missed the point completely: slagging of the SNP with no mention of how Starmer's duplicity watered down the SNP motion for immediate ceasefire, effectively giving Israel the green light to continue its slaughter - all it has to say is it's still fighting Hamas. They're all dancing to Labour's tune, it's sickening.

@paulb3017 even after the speaker's tearful apology. He was wrong. He knows he was wrong. He apologised for being wrong. He made a wrong decision after clear pressure from Starmer. How that translates to the SNP being portrayed as the bad guys right across the UK media is incredible.

And Starmer gets a free pass for his despicable bullying behaviour because the establishment needs their man to continue doing the job they had the Tories start

@stuartb not in UK media land. According to the agreed narrative, The SNP were being childish, their only aim was to embarrass Labour and when their cunning ploy was Hoyled, they ganged up with the Tories to try and get rid of him. It's UK scale gaslighting.
Whatever they do, SNP will be in the wrong. There is absolutely no point in them being at Westminster.

Surely it was Labour who collaborated with the Tories against the SNP!
I'm at the stage where I want the SNP to put up Parliamentary candidates in seats in Northern England, because they are now the only viable opposition to the Tories ( both blue AND red!)

@Wen @paulb3017 the British media claims impartiality whilst clearly acting as part of the British State. A decision has been made that it's Labour's turn. And we'll all carry on like before.

@MartinTaudio @CloudyMrs yeah, it's even more disappointing when it's someone you think of (or maybe now 'thought of'?) as having integrity just trotting out the establishment's narrative without question

@paulb3017 @MartinTaudio it shows you how effective the propaganda machine is though. When folk who know the machine exists, don't seem to notice it at work, you see how expert it is at what it does.
