     My hunch would be they are inherited from CloudFest who are hosting, but I'd defer to @almalinux as I am just a guest not the organiser.

     @webmink @almalinux Hi Simon, can you point me at the links for the #CodeOfConduct and the #HealthPolicy for that event please. I can find neither on the website.

     @benny @webmink As @onepict says, @phpledge has a bunch of resources, and conferences like #FOSSY https://2023.fossy.us/attend/health-and-safety/ and North Bay Python have strong, well thought-out policies.

     It is important, however, that this isn't just some box ticking exercise. As with a #CodeOfConduct it needs monitoring and enforcing by members of your team.

     The CoC and #HealthPolicy really should be the first things considered before even deciding to run an event during a continuing Pandemic.

     @webmink Hi, @dentangle! Simon is right, as a co-located event at CloudFest, we're under their CoC for the event https://www.cloudfest.com/code-of-conduct - There's no health policy for CloudFest or for our event. If you have one you like that is under an open source license of some kind, I'd love to take a look and consider adding one!
