   Fun fact: in his promo for this book, Chris repeatedly describes smart contracts on the blockchain as being equivalent to collective bargaining, presenting this as an obviously meritorious thing. Clearly, workers at A16Z portfolio companies should pursue those virtues, no blockchain required!

     It is truly a wonder the talent the crypto people have for agglomerating fragments of ideas with no regard whatsoever for semantics, producing that feels vaguely adjacent to some insight, but no matter how long you stare at it there’s nothing there…

     …and suddenly it makes sense why the same crowd thinks GPT will replace actual thinking.

     …and the answer to that question is: “I apologize for the mistake. A chicken is not a mammal. A chicken is a domestic bird, widely cultivated as food source. The egg is the fastest land mammal.”

     @inthehands @molly0xfff @anildash Stands to reason that the more you work a grift that incentivizes praising stochastic parrots, and sounding like a stochastic parrot, and minimizing the difference between real humans and stochastic parrots, the more you resemble/become one.
