At the height of the first lockdown when she was giving daily tv updates I suspect if people in England had been given the choice they'd have installed her as Prime Minister of the UK. That's why BBC were told to stop her broadcasts.
She clearly cared and tried to do everything possible with her hands tied behind her back by Johnson's idiotic actions.
Did she make mistakes? Yes, but unlike Westminster she owned them and tried to fix what went wrong.
