@ceo_of_monoeye_dating @AngryWraith @Paultron @elftummy @yockeypuck What, maintaining your place of residence for you so you don't have to trouble yourself with it? These independent landlords are barely scraping by because of people like you. Guess what? If it weren't for them Blackrock would be the only game in town and they wouldn't have the compassion that the good guys have

@Paultron @ceo_of_monoeye_dating @elftummy @AngryWraith @yockeypuck Yeah I don't like blackrock either but the good, local, small business landlords are the unsung heroes of our country doing work nobody else will, and I think we should all be more grateful towards them.

@WoodshopHandman @ceo_of_monoeye_dating @elftummy @AngryWraith @yockeypuck nah they're shit
it's just giant faceless corpos buying up all the property in the country with blackrock money to rent it back out, heavily driving inflation and making americans a homeless serf class in their own country
literally kill em all, it can only help things

@elftummy @AngryWraith @yockeypuck Everyone reads the lease. Everyone knows it's a shitty deal that they're forced into.

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating @elftummy @AngryWraith @yockeypuck What if you just didn't sign the lease? Nobody is forcing you to sign it.

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating @AngryWraith @yockeypuck Yes I'm sure a rentoid who can't even be bothered to read his own lease that he signed knows the market better than someone who owns 3000 rental units across 7 states

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating @AngryWraith @yockeypuck just move somewhere else then. You're claiming you live in a furnished apartment where your landlord takes care of all of your little problems because you can't take care of them yourself. I would estimate in most metro areas furnished apartments comprise less than 5% of the market and they're typically in the top 10% of the market
So you can save money by moving
The alternative to landlords is homelessness because some people can't get mortgages. A lot of times it's because high time preference, low drive to succeed, and other personal failings; other times there are external factors at play (like right now jews messing with interest rates, buying up homes themselves, and giving out too many subprime loans to niggers)

@elftummy @AngryWraith @yockeypuck >just move somewhere else then.
The implication here is that there is *any* landlord who isn't this shitty. There are not.
>You're claiming you live in a furnished apartment where your landlord takes care of all of your little problems because you can't take care of them yourself.
I have never come across an apartment which didn't have a fridge/oven in them. They're not "5% of the market," they're almost every fucking apartment.

THAT IS LIKE 90% OF THE PROBLEM YOU FUCKING DISINGENUOUS FAGGOT. Housing prices are through the roof because of this shit.

@elftummy @AngryWraith @yockeypuck Oh wait, I forgot - cops will fucking harass homeless people endlessly. Half of the shit you do to be homeless is a crime, because of you slimy fucking kikes. You can't even *choose* to be homeless anymore, you're fucking stuck in these fucking trash agreements because you get messed with by cops if you don't put up with them.
Yeah, fuck you with your "willing agreement," nobody wants to be in these things with you you fucking kike.

@elftummy @AngryWraith @yockeypuck You're acting like the alternative isn't homelessness.
I am deadass considering homelessness because putting up with you slimy kikes isn't worth it.

@elftummy @AngryWraith @yockeypuck Thanks for making me more staunch in my opinion that landlords all need to be fucking lynched.

@elftummy @AngryWraith @yockeypuck I literally had to purchase my own fridge because my landlord wouldn't replace the one in the apartment when it broke.

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating @AngryWraith @yockeypuck this sounds like a you problem. If you check your lease you will likely find that all of the appliances in the home are yours and you can take them with you and if they break they are your responsibility. Likely your benevolent landchad gifted you a fridge which worked at the time, but as soon as it stopped working you looked the gift horse in the mouth and asked to be gifted another fridge.
Unless you're renting a furnished apartment, or a furnished home, however those are incredibly rare even in a good economy and they cost significantly more than regular units of similar size

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating @yockeypuck @elftummy I don't understand.
In both positions you're lying on your back doing almost nothing as people give you money to have access to your real estate.

Incorrect. We landchads do far more work than a rentoid can even imagine
For example nobody is willing to plow the roads for any reasonable amount of money so to ensure my little rentoids don't slip and get a boo-boo (and try to sue their benevolent overlord) I'm out here plowing the roads myself in 10° weather
No businesses are open besides a couple gas stations but I'm out here
And that's just the physical in person stuff that I can think of right now
I've taken on an incredible amount of risk by purchasing properties, fixing them up so that they are habitable, and then allowing for low-agency high time preference Funko Pop collectors to live there for a reasonable rent
You should take a moment to re-examine your position, say a quick prayer, and then tip your landlord
