     I think most of the animal fats gets turned into crap not for human consumption.
     
     I've been following the animal fats story for some time, they're making a small comeback.
     Animal fats were vilified and "healthier" hydrogenated plant oils were promoted.
     
     McDonald's used to use beef tallow for their fries up until they were sued for having fries on the vegetarian menu.

     @MaleGoddess I just fail to see how any system of making bugs into food at a large scale is in anyway less waste producing then raising live stock, especially since it's definitely lower quality product.

     they're making so damn much money AND they hate people of lower class than them, so why not completely cut you off from being able to afford real meat and instead force you to eat bugs instead? after all to get as filthy rich as em you have to be psychotic
