     @birdpoof @GottaLaff not entirely. Per various lawyer types, intentional damages, such as for defamation, are *not* dischargeable in bankruptcy.

     According to some US lawyers, nope Rudy can't shield himself from paying at least a portion of the amount he owes *for the remainder of his life*, or until he settles the debt in it's entirety.
