     @teknomunk DI is to the point where they can't just unravel it. The best they can do is disallow new groups.
     
     But they've already allowed enough groups and the advantages of having that grouping is high enough that at some point the dam will burst.

     But only disporportionate impact on "preotected groups" matters in current year. Aka, Whites need not apply.
     
     I hope when this changes, it happens fast enough that current rulers get punched in the face over it.

     @MtnStateNomad yes, the majority of women working in porn are ones that have been previously abused. That's already cut and dried.
     
     The important thing here is that they are trying to use the DI legal theory to make it illegal to fire them.
     
     But the reason DI is infeasible as a legal philosophy is that you can make a "criminal americans" group and every law is disproportionate, because that's the point.

     I'd venture to say that the majority of porn workers are A. Women, and B. so-called LGBTQ 'queer' carpet munchers. Its likely to impact those groups more, since the percentage of groups are disproportionately represented in the industry.

     Let's not complain or ask why these people are corralled into being sex workers-- er, I mean actors. That's stunning and brave
