@MtnStateNomad yes, the majority of women working in porn are ones that have been previously abused. That's already cut and dried.
The important thing here is that they are trying to use the DI legal theory to make it illegal to fire them.
But the reason DI is infeasible as a legal philosophy is that you can make a "criminal americans" group and every law is disproportionate, because that's the point.
