@Tony >Ironically
I fully support union labor for non-government employees. Government is a questionable thing.

@Tony They are certainly a valuable quality stamp. The existence of unions generally benefits non-union employees quite a lot. I'm against crab bucket mentality, because mega corps can eat 💩.

I think unions are inherently bad, HOWEVER, in construction or other trades which require actual skill and are non-college - I think it's valuables.
Writers union can blow me though, sorry you aren't getting paid enough writing fiction stories? lol

@Tony The sort of stuff that pushing against unionization breeds. Also the sort of stuff bad unions breed.

I just don't like how they are so combative towards employers though. i feel like unions breed inter-office conflict.
What's crab bucket mentality?

Bro do you do any preaching?
I think you have the right mentality, as far as linking relations at least.

@Tony @BowsacNoodle Yeah, my standard is if your job can get you killed you should be able to organize a strike for better conditions or enough pay to make it worthwhile.

@blackfacehitler @Tony I think that's more than reasonable. I am pro-union, even though there are flaws with them (like any system though). A union guy I know told me he'd pair people up according to their skill sets on any job — the A tier workers going with teachable C, and D tier types. Having a "hall" to pull workers from means everyonr with influence is aware of people's strengths and weaknesses and you get to sort of offload HR type hiring processes onto the union. The flip side is the subversive elements and the people who break equipment or abuse union protection policies to avoid doing work.
