     @alex Especially with all the far right exposure I'm honestly surprised that you are just now finding out about how many states have anti-BDS laws.

     This tactic is becoming a lot more common, no one pays attention to the day to day legislative proceedings in their own damn state anymore.

     Never forget the John Marshall was the very person who failed to deliver Marbury's commission when Marshall was the Secretary of State. He then writes an opinion that not only grabs a huge power for the court, but also one that doesn't mention his own role in the underlying dispute.
