     Vegan Merguez.

     Das nicht-vegane Original aus #Nordafrika kenne ich zwar nicht, aber in Rapsöl angebraten sind sie echt 😋.

     Ja, ganau. Ich habe mal gelesen, dass der vegane Koch Alex Flohr, von dem das Rezept ist, den Bohneneintopf aus den Western mit Bud Spancer und Terence Hill veganisieren wollte und als Namensgeber fiel ihm dann ein ähnlich starker Veganer ein, nämlich Patrik Baboumian.

     Was sind Würstchen somit anderes als Fleischreste mit Gewürzen und optionalen Getreidebeimengungen?
