   All insurance is a scam, but #ccw insurance is the biggest scam of all. Just pay a retainer to a local attorney who you know will answer your call at 3AM.

   If people think dealing with home or auto insurance is bad, just wait until you’ve been unfortunately forced to discharge your firearm in self defense.

   Great business to be in, though. Write whatever bullshit policy you want. Add a “does not cover illegal or criminal acts” clause. Set up a “claim denied” auto-mailer and start printing.

     @HumanAction_HandyMan my favorite anecdote is that the Virginia mall prankster shooter’s call to USCCA was (attempted to be) admitted into evidence by the prosecution. Notably, he wasn’t calling his attorney but his insurance company, so the fact of the call and arguably the content of the call is not covered by attorney client privilege.

     Also, he was represented by a public defender and not USCCA because they denied his claim lol

     Not only is it worse, but there is a good chance they will tie your hands and throw you under the bus.

     Kayla Giles had her insurance almost help her go to prison.
