@HumanAction_HandyMan my favorite anecdote is that the Virginia mall prankster shooter’s call to USCCA was (attempted to be) admitted into evidence by the prosecution. Notably, he wasn’t calling his attorney but his insurance company, so the fact of the call and arguably the content of the call is not covered by attorney client privilege.
Also, he was represented by a public defender and not USCCA because they denied his claim lol
