     >Mixed is better because if you lost one at least you haven't lost everything all at once. Plus, if the government and the TV say it then I must do the opposite.

     @C_J_S @poastoak TBF induction pans are pretty good. But it takes whole bunch of fancy technology to even come close to cooking with cast iron over an open flame.

     @poastoak @ned Electric is nice sometimes but you can just get an electric hotplate that would plug into an outlet. It's not as easy to have a plug-in gas stove.
