I honestly think that being made to walk around immediately after birth would be even worse than giving birth in the car park.
I took the midwifes, "She's ok," to be a shorter and politer way of telling the cops to leave because the woman doesn't need (and probably doesn't want) an audience.Seahorses are horses likes this.
