     Can you be more specific what is the minimum amount of

     Protein
     Carbohydrate
     Fat

     you want to consume

     What are your goals and why do you want to do this

     Do you have health barriers preventing this

     Do certain types of food upset you

     2000 Calories / 3 meals = Approximately 666 Calories per meal

     On a 2000 Calorie diet that is less than a double meal

     Low Fiber High calorie per mass or volume food
