      Naturally you can buy your own beef stock.

      But the important things are beets, cabbage, beef stock, vinegar, and bayleaf.

      I threw in a bunch of onions, garlic, carrots, parsnip, and used apple cider vinegar.

      What he said. It took a year to gain 15lbs.. and I would lose 2-5lbs in a few days if I didn’t constantly eat. It was quite annoying. I’m now back to a normal appetite, thankfully.
