     Yeah exactly. If only fediverse was as easily indexed as Reddit was, it’d be of more help than 99% of Reddit nowadays.

     That happens sometimes! Federation isn’t perfect :p

     But rather someone who recently followed me boosted two posts of mine: one about my interests (with the intention of networking with others) and one asking for Linux laptop suggestions for my friend. I kinda feel bad since my friend has since already picked but I’m getting a lot of good suggestions nonetheless.

     If there’s a serious legitimate interest in modding ActivityPub support to phpBB, I could poke around at it. I’ve done plenty of modding on phpBB since phpBB2 in terms of anti-spam, XMPP integration, etc.
