     @wasabi @Rasp I'm not sure myself because I just dont want a Microsoft account out of principle.
     
     I basically gave up on Minecraft at this point.

     @Rasp @wasabi not so much friends but I might have to if someone gets more kids in the family and they'll want me to supervise them on Minecraft or something because I "know conputers".

     @Polychrome @Rasp That's actually the best decision in my book. Yet, if you have friends still playing the game, I would still think it's worth creating a dedicated Microsoft account just for that. Not that I would recommend centralizing everything with it, but for that particular use case I think it's fine.
