Bead (bead@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Wednesday, 23-Aug-2023 03:44:10 JST Bead It's alright mate. Different muscle groups develop at different rates and you will still get some use out of those 12s when you are finally ready to move up. All about that progressive overload. Just keep at it and you will get there. cool_boy_mew likes this. -

My arms are quite small (all my strength went to my legs instead) so it's time to make them bigger -

Bead (bead@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Wednesday, 23-Aug-2023 03:47:05 JST Bead Just remember sleep is an important part of physical training. Your body builds new muscle tissue while you sleep. So you might have to cut back a little bit on those late night idol binges if you want the best result. cool_boy_mew likes this. -

cool_boy_mew (coolboymew@shitposter.club)'s status on Wednesday, 23-Aug-2023 03:47:56 JST cool_boy_mew @Bead Actually I sleep about 7-8 hours a day
What I need is protein powder I think. Even at doing exercises every 2 days sometimes it's not enough and I need to take an extended break to fully recover -

In English, this means get protein **and** carbs ASAP after a workout.

Bead (bead@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Wednesday, 23-Aug-2023 03:58:20 JST Bead DOMS usually go away a short while after you begin training. Giving yourself these extra days off might be causing your body to take longer to adapt to the repeated-bout effect.
If it is still too much you can try to deload and start with lower weights to get your muscles more accustomed to it. I would recommend stretching beforehand, but Switch Fit is already a pretty great warmup.cool_boy_mew likes this. -
