    Alright. 15lb weights were a little too much for me, but 12lb ones are just fine

      @coolboymew you said 15lb weights were too much but you didn't say in what context. I was thinkin maybe like a weight vest ya wear while running/jogging.

      It's alright mate. Different muscle groups develop at different rates and you will still get some use out of those 12s when you are finally ready to move up. All about that progressive overload. Just keep at it and you will get there.

      @Bead yeah

      My arms are quite small (all my strength went to my legs instead) so it's time to make them bigger

      Just remember sleep is an important part of physical training. Your body builds new muscle tissue while you sleep. So you might have to cut back a little bit on those late night idol binges if you want the best result.

      @Bead Actually I sleep about 7-8 hours a day

      What I need is protein powder I think. Even at doing exercises every 2 days sometimes it's not enough and I need to take an extended break to fully recover

      @Bead soreness. I don't get sore to the level of having difficulty to walk or something anymore, so sometimes I'm a tad annoyingly sore enough that, uh, well, a extended break is needed

      @coolboymew @Bead What's really important and what caused me to break right through the wall, was ensuring I hit the 2 hour window for **both** protein and glycogen synthesis.

      In English, this means get protein **and** carbs ASAP after a workout.

      DOMS usually go away a short while after you begin training. Giving yourself these extra days off might be causing your body to take longer to adapt to the repeated-bout effect.

      If it is still too much you can try to deload and start with lower weights to get your muscles more accustomed to it. I would recommend stretching beforehand, but Switch Fit is already a pretty great warmup.

      @Bead I'm doing custom workouts at level 27 (out of 30) on ring fit right now

      Bunch of some of the hardest cardio stages (having to bring my legs up, overhead ring stretching endurance, etc), a bunch of the best arms workout along with 60ish squats, legs lifts and scissor and etc
