     Get a good lawyer. Regardless of what transpires before the post, the fact they canned her after that particular post gives pretty strong grounds for a civil rights action. I'd go after Miller's wife herself. Refuse to settle. Go to trial. Get a judgment. Take his fucking house. Drain his accounts. Fuck him.

     Yes. Federal Law allows for a prevailing a plaintiff to recover reasonable attorneys fees. A prevailing defendant only gets fees if the litigation is basically meritless. Here, defendants would not recover fees because plaintiff has enough to hang her hat on.

     Fight fire with fire. She could probably tank his career too with a few well placed ads and articles during primaries and/or the election, though I suspect Miller would try to get a protective order prohibiting any pre-trial publicity. Even if she was enjoined, that doesn't prohibit others from running with the ball.
