  I was on KiwiFarms.cc for a month or two before it went down. It was literally 50/50 fren-posting and Holocaust/Niggacat/others shitposting at people on other instances.
  
  The only times (that I personally saw) where people were talking about drama was when Josh was streaming.

If you're going to come in here as a chemist and say that ice has the same atomic composition as water then nobody's going to disagree, but we're talking about abstract notions in language not chemistry.   We should start with a definition of wetness, i.e., the phenomena where a liquid sticks to a solid. So water in contact with any non-hydrophobic solid makes that solid wet, water itself isn't wet, and given this a discussion of physical rather than chemical properties, ice has nothing to do with water.
