     @LaylaAlexandrovna @alex @fieldofdisarray The problem with most 'vegan doesn't work' type arguments is that they take some true things (humans are naturally omnivorous) and uses them to justify factory farming and consuming large daily piles of hormone and antibiotic soaked animal flesh. You'll get some obese office worker using the fact that Inuits eat a lot of seals as justification for his KFC addiction. I'm not vegan BTW, just a boring old style vegetarian and find both extemes of the diet culture wars tiresome.
     
     Meat production and consumption at the scale we're seeing now is not environmentally sustainable and not good for human health.
     
     Everyone going vegan is not environmentally sustainable or good for human health.
