   Boogie-tier take but I don't think accepting donations or even "ebegging" in and of itself is terrible. If you offer a better user experience than everyone else and your users would rather give money to you than spend it on setting up their own shit then that's fine. I just think guilting users about it is pretty shitty and runs contrary to the spirit of the fediverse. Advertising alternative servers and how to set up your own should be emphasised before guilting people for donations.

     I hope too. It's fun to be able to say slurs and joke around but i don't want to deal with people that advocate for a white homogeneous empire while at the same time being sexual degenerates comparable to trannies that jerk off to anime children.
     
     That and i also want to avoid seeing news about the real world in my feed. I come here to have fun and be silly, not to deal with the real world.

     I always find this doublethink so frustrating. They will lecture me about how “democracy” is an utter failure, proof: America has fallen (it hasn’t, actually) and we need to retvrn to tradition and do something that definitely worked, like Nazism. Also it didn’t work because of dajooz. Actually I think this is triplethink, now that I consider it.

     I don’t want to get into the age-old debate of who REALLY saved Yurop from the Not Sees (USA or USSR) but I do want to get into the weeds on how Nazis weren’t “white nationalists.” They were German nationalists quite specifically and actively beefed with slavs as subhumans etc.

     Also, I can explain why American zoomers romanticize Nazism. You see, white American zoomers are thoroughly antagonized on account of their race by the entire system. That cunt Mz.      There’s a lot of LARPing in America about muh gunz but occasionally it’s not a LARP at all. Pics related, it’s the Bundy standoff in 2014. Basically, a bunch of Mormon cattle ranchers in the Nevada desert decided to get the guns out because “fuck taxes.” They really had no legal argument, it was actually just about “fuck taxes.” And they won. The feds packed their shit and went home. The guy with the lopsided face got that as a result of a tractor injury. The Bundies also captured federal buildings because “fuck the gubmint.” These guys are the real deal.

     But whenever I bring this up to e-wignats, they dismiss it because it was “conservatives” and “libertarians,” who probably remind them of their fathers who were displeased with their anime child porn, so it’s therefore illegitimate.

     Also, i remember how ironic it was that Hitler wanted to befriend Poland but the second poles told him that they didn't wanted to be all buddy buddy with them against the filthy slavs, he turned on them as well and made a deal with Stalin to invade and divide Poland.
     
     I get taht fucking life sucks for the average young person in this day and age when there is little to hope for and prospects are slim. Everyone looks for hope and some meaning to their existance, but very little people find it in the current social climate. But to say that things were better before or they would be better under X or Y is outright lying. Every age has its woes, young people always struggle with what is expected of them becoming adults and every system has its flaws. Nothing is perfect, we just have to grin and bear it the best we can.
