     @fleshsqueeze @Erato_Heti @nyx oshii movies (specifically gits, jin roh, patlabor 2, angels egg is just artsy) for a while would kinda go over my head because if you blink you're gonna miss some subtle detail that is important to the plot later. Also i was like 16 at the time. Patlabor 1 feels a lot more straightforward in comparison.

     @Mondobizarrro my fav is probably jinroh cause i like movies with molotovs and creepy masks in them.
     
     ironically i had no idea what was going on in patlabor because it was so much exposition i just tuned out. but i think in general i think if xenofem fedi wanted to do a movie night oshii would be perfect food for it regardless.

     @kittenlikeasmallcat @Mondobizarrro this is a really iconic list, some i seen on here i dont like, the rest are basically my favs or at least the most memorable hellscapes ive seen in watching film (looking at you martyrs)
