  If you were shooting 1000s, or even several 100s of rounds a year, then it may be worth it to invest in a reloading set-up and components. But if its just a hunting rifle that you only shoot a box or two of ammo thru each year, then probably not.

  Colt really was just a shell of its former self by the time CZ bought them. I hope CZ can do something with the brand. Same thing with Ruger buying Marlin. I just wish Ruger would speed things up a little and start making Marlin 1894 lever-gats again.

  Springfield Armory (the US civilian arms manufacturer, not the old US military arsenal) has also been an importer for most of its existence. Back in the mid 1980s, if you wanted something like an FAL, G3, or BM59.....what you got usually came in a green & White Springfield box.
