     You should be able to load photos really easily, just click the photo or attachment button and choose the photos you want to load. It's the same process as on any social network.

     Is there some kind of specific problem you're having with loading photos? Some kind of error message or something?

     @Saugep_SarahB #Fediverse does anyone have any tips or advice? I’m starting to think you might have to switch instances because you don’t have this problem with Twitter or FB. @stux @feditips @Mastodon

     @feditips @Saugep_SarahB @Mastodon @stux thank you for reaching out to her, I have included a screenshot of the error she gets every time she tries to upload a photo. As her sister, I am trying to help her out since I’m the one trying to get her to post here. If it was her internet she would have the same problem on the other platforms she uses but she doesn’t. I was hoping someone would have a trick or some advice. Thank you.

     The file size is fine, it can be up to 8 megabytes per image. I'm not sure why it is failing, but such failures are usually due to a problem with the server itself.

     Could you maybe get in touch with your sister's server admin?

     I see she's on a very large server where the admins don't respond to personal messages, it might be easier if she signed up on a different server? It will probably work straight away, and a smaller server would have accessible admins.

     Also, is she using the official app? It might work better if she tries a third party app such as Tusky for Android or Ice Cubes for iPhone/iPad?
