   "You wanna get nuts? Let's get nuts!"

   Don't ask me why - and please don't judge me - but I'm almost inexplicably a Burtonverse Batman nerd (ever since seeing Batman in 1989 as a 12 year old).

   Having listened to podcasts and watched videos over recent years I've realised I have a ridiculous amount of knowledge on this subject that I've taken for granted. So I'm thinking of running an info tidbit n scrapbook account on the Fediverse to share what I've learned over the years. (Always loved the About Faces Livejournal blog that covered Two-Face!)

   I think Mastodon would be good for this. But which instance? Help!

     @MediaActivist the scene in batman 1989 where he says that demonstrates bruce wayne's intelligence. he grabs the silver tray and puts it down his top then says that to the joker to get himself "shot" and be able to get out of captivity, immediately going off to his cave and attempting to save vicky

     @pilirin Ha, yes! Though the provocation of the shooting depended on the Joker hitting him in the abdomen. I really liked the slightly different version in the original script, where he literally took his Batsuit to reveal his identity to Vicky. But I doubt we'd ever have gotten that now infamous line that I believe was added in by Michael Keaton himself.
