      @Zealist @Bead @OceanRedux It can take me and hour or longer to fall asleep. If I'm being perfectly honest I've also got a rare and embarrassing parasomnia that might drive a woman away from me if we had to share a bed. Though, if I have a woman to share a bed with it might go away.

      Usually sleep on my side with my arms folded over my chest in a cross, one leg bent out. Lots of tossing and turning I think. Pretty sure I'm crushing my own chest in my sleep by compressing it between my shoulders so I often have to remind myself to also let my arms lay anywhere else and not in that pattern.
