      tbh it's mostly a lifestyle thing. The normalization the (((media))) does makes it worse but it mostly just has to do with lazy people eating shitty food and driving everywhere because niggers make it impossible to live within walking distance of stores.

      But it's more than just "people like junk food." Our life styles make it really hard to be active. Even someone like me who makes his own food from raw ingredients has to seriously watch his diet and spend time exercising to not be fat, because literally nothing I do as part of the rest of my day to day routine actually burns calories.

      Add the normalization of obesity and the legacy of all the misinformation about good dieting out own government published, and you have a situation where your food makes you gain weight easily, your lifestyle makes it hard for you to lose weight, and all the advice you receive is telling you you have nothing to worry about.

      It's a multi faceted issue.
