Notgonnastop (notgonnastop@spinster.xyz)'s status on Thursday, 15-Jun-2023 06:19:45 JST Notgonnastop @Piss_Ant From the wording in the article, it appears it must be _spent_, not allocated, so it couldn't be used for longer term/future projects that wouldn't actually spend it before the last day of the fiscal year.
