     not usually. I susepct theirs a marketing contract that prevents it, like they can't sell the T-Shirts they made ahead of time that say "Philladephia Eagles Superbowl LVII Champs"

     I’ve heard these get in dumpsters but I’ve also heard of them seen later, worn by African people who got them from charities
