     I had a client that hired a marketing company to come up with a new name for their company and a marketing campaign. They charged an ungodly sum of money to just to produce a list of names, all of which were horrible. There are websites that will do that shit for free. 🙄

     @rher @wgiwf @Zealist @monsterislandcolonizer I call it the “Roastocracy” for a reason. Guys left the field, got screened out. Women are ascendant, they’re taking 70% of the college slots in the US. They naturally end up in the leadership that decides which campaigns get air time. And most are atrocious.

     “…data showing that 60% of professionals occupying marketing roles are women. better yet, women are successfully ascending the ladder, accounting for 53% of director-level or higher positions, and 59% of manager-level positions“

     They also say it’s “bad news” that 52% of marketing execs are women, but only 13% are black
