@rher @wgiwf @Zealist @monsterislandcolonizer I call it the “Roastocracy” for a reason. Guys left the field, got screened out. Women are ascendant, they’re taking 70% of the college slots in the US. They naturally end up in the leadership that decides which campaigns get air time. And most are atrocious.

They also say it’s “bad news” that 52% of marketing execs are women, but only 13% are black
