   I wear a lot of hats, and have to balance:

   - pixelfed support (matrix/discord)
   - pixelfed backend/web dev
   - pixelfed mobile app dev
   - pixelfed.(art|social) admin
   - pixelfed marketing
   - https://fedidb.org dev
   - https://fediverse.info dev

   and several related projects, initiatives and outreach to other projects.

   Don't get me wrong, I love this, but this is why it can seem like @pixelfed dev is slow.

   I'm trying my hardest to prepare the apps for public release this month 🤞 #pixelfed

     @DawnBlackbirds @pixelfed I get 2 to 4 hours of sleep on average, I have a day job that is unrelated to Pixelfed unfortunately.

     I'd love to work on this full time

     @stemy @pixelfed I have, and when it comes to writing code I prefer to do it alone (for now).

     I know it's rare among fediverse projects, but having a single developer has its benefits.

     I know all the codebases (backend, web-ui, mobile apps, pixelfed.org apis, fedidb, etc) and it allows me to be more productive as I control PRs and am able to rollout new features and services without relying on others.

     It's a lot of work, but it enables a singular, consistent vision.

     Donations are preferred!
