   Anyway, I've been working on Soapbox on Nostr. It's like pre-pre alpha but you can view most content, you can post, and you can even use third-party Mastodon apps with it.

     The hardest part is feeds. Offline-enabled mobile apps like the official Mastodon ones actually seem to work best.
     
     But... you can log in with Alby!

     @i Exactly. If you give it an npub it's read-only (for now - https://gitlab.com/soapbox-pub/ditto/-/blob/develop/src/sign.ts )
     
     You can give an nsec, which you HAVE to do if you want to post with third-party Mastodon apps. But Soapbox will eventually support NIP-07 event signing with Alby, and other clients will be able to do it too if they want to fully support Ditto.

     @alex I’m having a hard time getting it to open as a PWA on iPhone but I think fe.soapbox.pub is just buggy in that regard anyway. Very cool otherwise.
