     @xzy45 luckily, I only suffer from night terrors. Sleep paralysis is horrifying (only had it 2 x and it was too much!)

     @xzy45 Yes, I do. I could probably save the sleep specialist time if I got them notes from my psychiatrist or addictions counselor lol.
     
     It's not nearly as bad as a few years ago. The night terrors started when I first tried to get sober. I think I had just been trying to drown out my PTSD with alcohol and then it was confusing what was happening when I stopped drinking (or tried to stop).
     
     But I'm basically fine now, night terrors seem to be decreasing over time consistently 🤷

     @polarisera I don't think I'm on any of the good stuff unfortunately lol. But that reminds me, one time I did accidentally dump a bottle of Naltrexone into my sink, so I had to ask the pharmacist for an early refill. And it happened again a week later. And the pharmacist didn't believe me probably because I was a lowlife slob alcoholic and assumed I was selling it lol XD And they were like "Why are you selling this? No one wants to take this it makes you sick."
