   Gonna take my laptop in case I need to do anything to my phone while I'm there. Plus I'll be able to factory reset my phone when I get there.
   
   I'll just use my old Galaxy S9 connected to my battery bank to listen to YouTube and stuff. I'll make a hotspot with my phone.

     Alright, finally got it all taken care of.
     
     I couldn't use insurance because the phone is under warranty and the screen isn't cracked so I had to call Google. They sent a return slip and everything but I couldn't get the replacement because because I don't have $980 in my bank account to cover the temporary hold.
     
     So I had to call Google again, they cancelled that return order and made a new one that will take 5-10 business days because they won't ship the replacement until they get my broken phone. That's fine, this Galaxy S9 should be enough to get me by until then.
     
     At least I won't have to pay anything.
     
     I'm just happy it's taken care of and that a replacement phone is going to be coming.
     
     Now I'm thirsty.

     That was an adventure but it all worked out.
     
     I also told the AT&T guy about the fediverse and shitty services.
