Yah - I use a step counter and try to get my 10,000 steps per day - which is like 5-6 miles. So I run out of local walking spaces really quickly in my smaller town…and corn fields aren’t super fun to walk in…
@Tony i can see that but speaking for myself, i don't need it. for me it's more of a headspace thing? there's a buddhist meditation where they trance out and walk backwards and forwards between two trees - i like that concept. i enjoy it more if i don't have to pay heaps of attention. so i don't mind what is around me, as long as i can switch off ☻
but i'd love to live more in nature too. taking walks for fun in the bush without having to drive to get there would be AMAZING ♡
