     @diceynes @Hyolobrika @CommonSay there's a variance. some of them are out of touch (generational wealth.) a lot of them are social darwinist ("useless eaters"). a tiny group cares but can't figure it out.
     
     there's a history of wealthy well to dos try to fix the poor and they always end not good

     Most likely because they see themselves so different and better that the lower classes are reduced to garbage. It's about never having anything to do with the common man and not feeling any empathy for the common peoples problems just as you wouldn't feel empathy for a cockroach. Because it's so inferior.

     @icedquinn @diceynes @CommonSay @Hyolobrika The ones who want to be "good" are usually among the worst, since they'll enslave and torture those below them "for their own good" and make it their life's goal. Those who are only in it for their own good see the suffering of those below them as collateral damage in the pursuit of their goals, not the goal itself.

     they can't or don't project feeling on to other people. they can project charisma but they don't legitimately feel bad if they hurt you.

     @Hyolobrika @icedquinn @CommonSay You won't understand it if you think in rich/poor categories. These categories are irrelevant and there is no inherent conflict (that's just propaganda, invented to divide people).

     What they really want is power, and they just can't get enough of it. The goal is total control and total domination, and always has been. The most probable outcome of all these advances in technology is a superintelligent AI telling people what to do via mandatory remote controlled brain implant. For their own good, of course.
